Racket Room Collective - Ideas In Motion

The 3C's of Coworking

Nica Dobles | April 17 2015

We want to help you get your ideas in motion - that’s why we set up a coworking space. Coworking is a growing movement around the world, bringing together freelancers, start-ups, and self-employed entrepreneurs to work in the same shared space. It’s the happy medium of working at home and working in an office - you have the freedom and independence to work on your own projects, while still getting to interact and engage with like-minded people.

Coworking is about:
Conducive Work Environment
Coworking spaces are productive work spaces, with less distractions and many of the benefits of traditional offices, like Internet connections, printing and scanning, coffee machines, shared kitchens, and conference rooms.

Collaboration
Open work spaces foster open communication. Coworking spaces attract freelancers, entrepreneurs, and start-ups from different industries, allowing members to learn from each other and work together.

Community
Most importantly, coworking is about creating a community of people who share the same values. It creates a culture of people building relationships, engaging and supporting one another, and sharing ideas and experiences.
